Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective items.
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels and accessories intact.
- Items damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or installation will not be eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
- Go to your Order History page on our website.
- Select the order you wish to exchange.
- Click “Apply for Exchange” and follow the provided steps.
- Upload clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
- Once reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the replacement process.
Your replacement product will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation.
- Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable.
- Products returned without original packaging or missing parts.
Refunds
At this time, we do not offer refunds. Only replacement or exchange is available for eligible cases.
Shipping for Returns
- Return shipping instructions will be provided once your exchange is approved.
- If the issue is confirmed as a seller fault, Electro Sea will cover the return shipping cost.
