At Electro Sea, we strive to deliver only the best-quality electronic components. Each product is carefully checked before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to assist you with an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective items.

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels and accessories intact.

  • Items damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or installation will not be eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Go to your Order History page on our website.

  2. Select the order you wish to exchange.

  3. Click “Apply for Exchange” and follow the provided steps.

  4. Upload clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.

  5. Once reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the replacement process.

Your replacement product will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation.

  • Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable.

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing parts.

Refunds

At this time, we do not offer refunds. Only replacement or exchange is available for eligible cases.

Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided once your exchange is approved.

  • If the issue is confirmed as a seller fault, Electro Sea will cover the return shipping cost.
